Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Lead clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and build meaningful relationships with clients and families.
Clinical Supervisor / BCBA-D
Provide clinical oversight, mentor junior staff, and contribute to program development and quality improvement.
